Twice a month we will feature new and existing talent in the form of gospel choirs, or groups, soloists, spoken word, comedians and dance. The event will be hosted by Wanda Trent-Phillips, The Songbird Ambassador for Greenbriar Mall. 2007 Just Churchin' Guests have included V3, Pastor William Murphy, Canton Jones and Helen Baylor. Bring your family and join us after church for this spiritual celebration each and every month. “Just Keep It Clean”
A Talent Competition

Gospel Music Star Canton Jones, CAJO International, Greenbriar Mall, Gospel Recording Artist Wanda Trent-Phillips and M2 Media have teamed up to present the Just Keep It Clean Monthly Talent Competition at Greenbriar Mall.

The Just Keep It Clean Talent Competition will encourage artists to clean up their lyrics and dance moves and highlight local talent that are "keeping it clean". This event will be held monthly at Greenbriar Mall on Saturday afternoons on the stage in front of Burlington from 3pm-5pm. Auditions are $25.

Every month, a winner will be selected by the audience. That winner will advance to the Semi Finals on November 8th. Additionally, 2 Runner Ups each month will be selected to enter the People's Choice Competition on www.myspace.com/justkeepitclean, where 1 winner will be selected to perform in the Semi-Finals. The (9) Semi-Finalists will be narrowed down to (5) finalists who will compete for the Grand Prize on Nov. 29th.

GREENBRIAR MALL & THE KIYA HOUSE SUMMER FEST ‘08

JULY 16 – JULY 20, 2008

You and your organization are invited to participate in the inaugural Summer Fest ’08 event! This event will showcase individual entrepreneurs, innovative businesses and creative non-profit organizations from the Greater Atlanta community and beyond.

In addition to this spectacular vendor fair, several multi-generational events and activities have been planned. Activities include: celebrity appearances, Give Back to the Community Day, Giveaway Days (for a $5 donation, participants will be eligible for a chance to win fantastic prizes and receive giveaways in participating mall stores; all monies benefit The KIYA House), Summer Fest Youth Day, which will include a college fair, youth concert and carnival. Summer Fest Old School Sunday will feature a Car/Bike show, old school cook-off and old school concert & dance contest! There will definitely be something to do for the entire family!

The Atlanta Voice Newspaper is pleased to announce its 2nd Annual Financial Literacy, Real Estate & Wellness Expo. This expo will showcase vendors and corporate sponsors who will be promoting their products and services to the public in order to increase their organizations’ awareness. In addition to the vendor fair, the American Red Cross will be onsite conducting a blood drive.
